These terms govern your use of the ErrandKing Logistics website and services. By using this website or booking a delivery with us, you agree to these terms.
ErrandKing Logistics provides pickup and delivery services, including waybill services, doorstep delivery, motor park pickup, Pay on Delivery (where available), and business delivery solutions, with an active Port Harcourt ↔ Bonny route. Service availability may vary by location.
Deliveries are booked through our booking platform or by contacting us directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form on this website. You're responsible for providing accurate pickup, delivery, and contact details.
Charges for a delivery are confirmed with you before your package is accepted for transport. Pay on Delivery is available for eligible deliveries, subject to confirmation at the time of booking. We do not publish a fixed price list on this website, as pricing depends on route, weight, and service type.
You may not send any item that is illegal to possess or transport under Nigerian law, or any item that is inherently dangerous, hazardous, or otherwise unsafe to handle. We reserve the right to decline any package that we reasonably believe violates this policy. A detailed prohibited items list is available on request.
Delivery timeframes communicated to you are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Timelines can be affected by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, and access to the delivery location.
You may request to cancel a booking before your package has been picked up by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. Once a package has been collected for transport, cancellation may no longer be possible.
While we take reasonable care with every package, ErrandKing Logistics' liability for loss or damage is limited to the value declared at the time of booking, where applicable. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
By contacting us or booking a delivery, you consent to being contacted by phone, WhatsApp, email, or SMS regarding your enquiry or delivery.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
